Healthy on the Go Breakfast Ideas

Sometimes I find that the most important meal of the day can be the most difficult to plan during my working week. As I wake up at 6:45am and leave the house at 7:30am, the last thing I want to do in the morning is make or eat a bowl of soggy cereal.

To add a little devil on my shoulder into this mix, when arriving at work at 8:30am, I walk past the tantalising smell of bacon and sausage sandwiches. Don't get me wrong, sometimes this is my go to breakfast of choice, but *putting on my sensible healthy hat* I know that this isn't the best breakfast solution for me...

With that in mind, I have been researching into some of my favourite foodie YouTubers to find their best recipes for on the go breakfasts.

1. Overnight Oats

One of my all time foodie favs, Deliciously Ella talks you through how to make overnight honey oats in only two minutes. 

2. Mini Banana Loafs

Oh so cute and perfect with a spread of peanut butter! Niomi Smart always has a good range of quick and easy healthy recipes over on her channel.

3. Fruity Smoothie

So simple and so yummy! I love this berry recipe from Anna Saccone. I think that this would be the perfect breakfast for those early morning meetings.
