How to Pack for a City Break
Previously, I have given you guys an insight on how to pack your backpack for travelling and how to pack for a short travel trip, but with my Barcelona hen party getting closer, I thought it would be handy to write up a post on how to pack (lightly) for a city break.

1. Hello Sunshine? Weather Checker
If you're going to a place that is renowned for sunny or chilly weather, start off by checking the weather forecast. This sounds really simple, but I have been caught out so many times on temperature changes. Plus, sandals and rain, do not go well. Head over to Metcheck for more info: www.metcheck.com/2. Weight Limitations
4, 5, 6 pairs of shoes...we've all been here. There's so much excitement when planning a trip, that you want to pack everything in your wardrobe and forget about the hand or holdall weight limits. Net Flights have a great baggage checker tool on their website: www.netflights.com/baggage-allowances.aspxWednesday, 20 May 2015
Afternoon Tea at the Palm Court on Park Lane
Spending the weekend in London with my bestie, IntheFrow, always calls for yummy food and drink. So when she suggested going to The Palm Court on Park Lane for a "Royal Baby" inspired afternoon tea, I jumped at the chance.

Walking into this luxurious building, we were greeted by a friendly hostess who showed us to our comfortably, plump chairs and beautifully set out table - where no one expense had been spared on the attention to detail.

Cloudy Days in Sherwood Forest
Since starting a healthier me in January, I just can't get enough of being active. From daily yoga, to going to the gym to taking 10k walks, I find that the more I exercise, the clearer and more focussed I am.
So, with a lovely bank holiday weekend to fill with activities, we decided to go exploring around the famous Sherwood Forest for 3 hours. Home to Robin Hood and his merry men, but more importantly the major oak. A tree that is now over 800 years old and is always beautiful every time I see it.

Beautiful Bridesmaid Dresses by Little Mistress
With less than three months to go until my wedding, I am in the final stages of getting everything together, including that of my bridesmaid dresses.
For months I searched in stores and online for dresses that would suit my four beautiful bridesmaids. From bandeau to halter to shift, each dress was always missing that little something extra - that sparkle. I wanted them to have a lavender or lilac look to them as this is a small part of our wedding theme.
I came across Little Mistress dresses when searching on the House of Fraser website. However, these were mainly from the previous season and so I decided to go onto their website, when I came across this absolute beauties, that I had to share.

Afternoon Tea at the Ox Pasture Hall Hotel
From White Rabbit Tea Rooms in Nottingham to Manchester's Richmond Tea Rooms, it's safe to say I love to explore a good afternoon tea. Especially when taking a trip to Yorkshire, where it's pretty much the home of tea (all day, not just the afternoon).
But you may have recently read that I have been on a little weekend adventure to a magnificent country house in Scarborough, where we indulged great food and beautiful walks. But one of my favourite things had to be afternoon tea at the Ox Pasture Hall.
