Winter Time Travel Beauty

The spectacular Northern Lights, or Polar Lights as some people also call them, is definitely a must-see place for me and my fiancée. Who could resist those astronomically magical skies lit up by Mother Nature herself.

However, to visit this you must endure chilly temperatures of around minus 40c.We all know that cold climates can be harsh on your skin and hair, which can lead to potential issues such as dry and sensitive skin when exploring a new chilly city.

Therefore, it is important to make sure that you nourish your body with essential oils and moisturisers to help maintain a healthy complexion throughout the colder climates and winter months.

Here is a list of helpful products to take with you in your travels or just to stock up on if you're body is feeling the effects winter.

Morrocan Body Oil
Body oil is a great way to nourish your skin when it becomes dry from cold conditions. The Morrocan Body Oil is packed with antioxidant properties such as argan, olive and avacado oils.

Lee Stafford Deep Conditioner

Just like the Moroccan Body Oil, the Lee Stafford Deep conditioning treatment uses argan oils to help rehydrate and nourish hair. Leaving your hair soft and bouncy.

Maybelline Baby Lips Lip Balm

I love a good lip balm and have previously spoken about my love for Burt's Bees balm. But I am also intrigued to try the Maybelline Baby Lips Lip Balm. According to reviews, this lip balm has a built in SPF20 and provides 8 hour hydration to keep your lips super soft.

Ren BB Cream with SPF15

I'm not the biggest fan of foundations as they feel too heavy for my skin. So I always invest in a BB cream as it's light weight and still gives an even coverage. The Ren BB cream helps to create an even and luminous complexion to give your skin a healthy glow in winter.

Passion Peel Off Facemask

Often I will treat my skin to a luscious face mask. They are great for rejuvenating dull and dry skin. First begin with your cleansing routine and then apply the face mask, followed by moisturiser once the mask is. I especially love the fruity flavoured ones as I feel like they give my skin more of a glow.
