And so it begins...as streets throughout the world are being filled with twinkling lights, trees are being purchased and those legendary Christmas adverts are starting to air on our televisions, as we all count down to one of the most celebrated religious days of the year! Christmas!

Each year me and my friends from around the UK choose to do a Secret Santa to the value of £10, as this is a great way for us not to go OTT and to have a little bit of fun. No doubt some of you will have already began participating in this at work or with friends...I know I have.

This is why I was so delighted to be apart of the online brand, Very.co.uk, Secret Santa Blogger Challenge (follow #VerySecretSanta for more info.)

Bringing together bloggers from all different niches, fashon, food, travel etc; the Very Team are spreading a little Christmas cheer (and some mischief) through giving us all a secret Santa blogger, from another niche, with the challenge of finding their perfect gift!

Selecting the perfect Christmas Gift

I will be carefully selecting my gift through using their handy new Christmas gift guru app. This allows you to go through a detailed process and to filter down through gender, price, interests etc, so that you find the perfect gift for whom you're buying for. I have taken screen grabs from my mobile so that you can see that wherever you are in the world (I'm currently in Belize when writing this) you can access their site simple through your desktop, mobile or tablet device and send your gifts home to your loved ones.

Who will be my Very Secret Santa?
