Travelling Kuala Lumpur ...visit the Batu Caves!

Whilst travelling throughout South East Asia, we were informed by the lovely locals about some caves situated in Kuala Lumpur. However these were no ordinary caves. These caves were a place of natural beauty, where the Hindu people went to worship their gods.

Filled with a combination of tourists and religious descendents, together we all embarked on the walk up the  300 red and white striped steps. This journey could not have been made any more amazing, as you are also joined with wild monkeys, who brought pure happiness to all people around them ( even though the do get a little cheeky and steal things from you)

I Heart NYC: Showing the love through pictures

Not the longest blog post in the world, but then again I believe that a picture tells a thousands words... so here are a few of my favourite images that I have collect from We Heart It and Tumblr on people showing their love for one of the greatest cities in the world...New York City.

NYC in 24 hours...

Whilst browsing around on Eat Travel Love Tumblr, I came across this cute graphic on 24 hours in New York  City. As of yet haven't been to NYC, but it is a place definitely on my list where I will ride in a yellow tax cab, visit the statue of liberty, eat a giant $1 pizza slice and climb up some gigantic buildings.

But what I really would like to know, is what would your perfect 24 hours in New York City be?? Let me know @eattravellove on Twitter or leave me a comment on Facebook.

Happiness is real when shared...

Whilst travelling in Thailand I watched the film "Into The Wild" and soon after I had to purchase the book to read the memoirs of this great man. I was struck by it's sheer brilliance and direct realness to what it's like to travel the world. With such beauty can come such loneliness.

Each year thousands of people quit their jobs, pack their backpacks and say goodbye to their loved ones to travel the world. Yet I find that the truth is these people go in search of new and different people to share their life's with.

Places I have seen and Places to Visit

Welcome to Eat, Travel, Love.

I don't know if it come's with the territory, but ever since I became a student I have had a love for travelling the world, with all my friends jetting off to amazing destinations it left me inquisitive to the big wide world.

Since graduating over a year ago I still have a desire to travel the world more. It almost feels to me like a thirst that needs to be quenched.

So I decided to make a list of places I have been lucky enough to visit and also places I am still yet to see... who know's maybe this will help me get a clear ideal of what it is I actually want to do with my life. Live abroad or simply travel more.
